Privacy Policy

SouthCoast Card Expo ("we", "us") operates southcoastcardexpo.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it short because we do not do a lot with your data.

What we collect

Form submissions. When you fill out the vendor application, contact form, or mailing list form, we store what you submit (name, business, email, phone, Instagram, message, etc.) so we can respond and follow up about our shows.

Mailing list. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we store your email address so we can send you announcements about upcoming shows. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Analytics. We record basic, anonymized pageview data — path visited, referrer, country, device type — using our own first-party system. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party trackers. We do not use cookies for tracking.

Security data. When you submit a form or load a page, our host records the IP address and user-agent temporarily to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to vendor and contact inquiries.
• To send occasional announcements about upcoming shows if you subscribed.
• To understand which pages are popular so we can improve the site.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We use Resend to send transactional email and Cloudflare to host the site and database. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or marketers.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and mailing list entries are retained until you ask us to delete them. Pageview data is retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You can email info@southcoastcardexpo.com at any time to request a copy or deletion of the data we hold about you.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
