Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of southcoastcardexpo.com and attendance at any event operated by SouthCoast Card Expo ("we", "us").

Website use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or exploit it. Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by SouthCoast Card Expo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Vendor applications

Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee a table. We review applications and confirm accepted vendors by email with payment instructions. Tables are non-transferable without our written approval. Vendor payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the show, except in the event of a cancellation by us.

Vendors are responsible for the authenticity of items sold, must comply with all applicable laws, and must follow venue rules regarding load-in, load-out, and behavior. Counterfeit or replica items may not be sold. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any vendor without refund for conduct that violates these terms.

Attendee conduct

Admission is a revocable license. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior. Firearms, weapons, alcohol brought from outside, and illegal substances are prohibited on-site.

Transactions between attendees and vendors

Sales at our shows are between the buyer and the individual vendor. SouthCoast Card Expo is not a party to these transactions, does not authenticate cards, and is not responsible for disputes, defects, or losses arising from them.

Photography

By attending our shows you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included in photos, please let event staff know at the door.

Cancellation & rescheduling

If we cancel a show, vendor fees will be refunded or credited to a future show at our discretion. Admission tickets are refundable for cancellations only. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SouthCoast Card Expo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or attendance at a show. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here.
